Restoration Overall Vehicle Condition: 1 Excellent: pristine, condition, good starting and running, no audible defects, no visible smoke
Good: clean second-hand condition with regard to age and usage, no major visible rust or defects, interior or exterior, but with minor marks, scuffs, scratches and wear. The vehicle starts and runs with no obvious visible or audible defects
Adequate: second-hand condition
Poor condition: bodywork dented and with considerable rust, interior torn, badly worn
Bad condition: a restoration project for an enthusiast with time and money
 
Documentation
Scanned copies of vehicle registration document and any other documentation required for exportation.
If no documentation is available then a declaration of ownership is required from the owner.

Numerous photographs, of each vehicle, are to be provided, attached to this form, in low resolution 72 dpi.
Photos to be taken from each corner, high, looking down to include full roof area (4), photos from each side, and front and rear (4), photo of number plate, (1), photos of interior, through each door/window, toward the front and toward the rear, (8), photos of engine, both sides and front (3), photos inside the boot, and close-up photos of any specific damage/rust/dents etc., as well as upholstery, door sills, floor, dash board.
